Refund and Cancellation Policy for Cloud 9 Cotton Candy

At Cloud 9 Cotton Candy, we strive to provide exceptional service and delightful experiences for all our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are committed to being as flexible as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:


Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:

  • More than 30 Days Before Event: If you need to cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled event date, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
  • 15-30 Days Before Event: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 15 Days Before Event: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to reschedule your event to a later date, subject to availability, at no additional cost.


2. Cancellation by Cloud 9 Cotton Candy:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made. We will also work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually convenient date if desired.


Refund Policy

1. Deposits and Payments:

  • All deposits and payments are refundable as per the cancellation policy outlined above. Deposits and payments are not refundable in the 15 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

2. Service Satisfaction:

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service on the day of the event, please let us know immediately. We will do everything we can to address your concerns and make things right.

3. Weather Policy:

  • Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. If severe weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a safer date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued for weather-related cancellations made at least 24 hours before the event.
